I have a very strong suggestion you might not like.
It is better to go to a place first and go through the normal service with a single provider (or go to an independent provider once). At the end of your session, bring up the two-girl concept (assuming you had a good time with this first one)
The indies usually have a friend they can arrange to see you with next time (with adequate advance notice)
Subsequently, call to arrange your twofer. Or go back when you know they are not busy (in case of a house) When you get there, observe they are not busy and benevolently offer to have two girls.
I have found that this greatly enhances the experience. Most times twofers are a great disappointment as one of them is not into it or one of them does nothing but sit there or whatever.
By doing some initial reconnaissance, you save yourself a rather expensive bad experience. If you go to a place the first time and demand 2-girl, your chances of getting the "not into it" show are increased. Part of this is due to the fact that they are looking at you as a pervert and, although you want a mixture of attention to you and bisexual activity between the girls, you must remember that after you leave, they still have to work with each other, so you can't expect a lot of raunchy activity just to please you- after all, you're just the john (providers still use this term)

Thanks for the advice. I have been to several providers in the past and the only one I would risk doing a 2fer with (so far) is Lara Nicols in NYC. She is FABULOUS. But I don't know if she is into girls too.
