This reminds me of a similar debate that I have seen on this and the National Board about guys that enjoy a dildo or "other" objects in their ass. The consensus on that was was that as long as the guy was with a woman and she was doing the insertion of the objects into the mans rectum that was in fact a hetero-sexual act. (I personally disagree with that however it was the general consensus)

If you are the "pitcher" on the TS team then you are performing a hetero-sexual type of act.
If you are the "catcher" on that team then you are a fag.

Just to clarify......I have never pitched, catched nor had any experience with a guy or a TS. The resident expert thing is an old joke between Bill and I...and those of you who may remember. This is not a popular topic on the NY board. But here are my views: It's not a gay or straight thing; it's a third way. (Don't believe me? Read the TS board carefully).
Guys who are drawn to TS are typically hyper- sexual; for them, it's a real-life way to act out a very dirty fantasy.
Some advice: Be very careful. Most TS providers are users and bs artists. Plus, the STD and especially HIV risks are much higher than anything you would encounter with a female provider. Nothing should be uncovered except maybe HJ.
My own experience? It's something that's hard to do sober, bro. Do I regret my experiences? Not really. A couple were very hot. Look up Raquel Chambers' reviews and pix.

I dont want to argue with you. But I will observe that in my experience anyone asking as many Qs as you is probably intrigued as well as repulsed. If you want to get your head around this issue, spend about an hour reading the TS board. Nobody is putting anything up my ass and to be honest my biggest concerns with using providers is knowing that there is a good possibility they have or are seeing some guys that are bi-sexual and have the inherent risks associated with that sexuality. Yeah I know that its possible that can happen in civie world also but lets just say for sake of argument the numbers are dramatically lower.
I am completely supportive of TS providers and hobbyists who frequent them. HOWEVER, I have made enough U-Turns at the door when confronted by crypto-trannies (TS) who advertise as born female, but aren't -- and get off by fooling naive straight guys. Here are the tell-tale signs:
