While BDJ girls rates are going up, they dont realize that there are alot of new FL girls coming up at their old rate. This is what's great about America and the free market, you get to choose, if BDJ girls are too high try other agencies. If the BDJ girls can demand that higher price then more power to them. When Mobil and Exxon raise the price of gasoline, did you go and ask them to grandfather you into the old price?

I have never used them but from the feedback on this board they
seem to be one of the more competitively priced agencies going.
Also, girls that are a cut above the rest (within any agency)
command a higher price.

If other agencies, local or travelling, have better rates than
go to them.  But I don't think the consistant quality and
volume of choices is better anywhere else.

I happen to use another agency (higher priced) but continue to
go back to them because of these two factors I've mentioned.

Now one thing that I have noticed is that some girls after getting a lot of great reviews will raise their rate. This is a simple case of free market pricing. They are setting their rates to what the market will bear.
In my opinion BDJ is one of the best agencies out there. My only complaint is they don't offer a discount for two hours whereas everybody else offers a break on the second hour. Most providers I talk to think it is easier to have a two hour session with one person as opposed to two one hour sessions with two different clients. Thus the break on the second hour.
Now take Jill from BDJ, her rate has gone up the past year but her demand has probably gone up. It is their perogative to set whatever rates they want and our choice to see them at their rates. The reality of it is Jill can charge $$$$.5 because people are willing to pay it. Having seen Jill at $$$$ (she definitely is one of the best ) I will see her her at her new rate but personally if her rate were any higher I would probably look elsewhere. As there are a many travelling women that are in the $$$-$$$$ range.
Now on the otherhand you have the girls from Ultra GFE they charge $$.5. Maybe their philosophy is to make it up in volume. At $$.5 they are probably very busy. Two different business models.
Last two points, you have to decide what the perceived value of their services are and make your own choices and this is not an inexpensive hobby.

This conversation although circular and redundant, spiked my interest. I found when I reinstated my one hour rate I started to meet more interesting clients. My clients base diversified. I had forgotten that many gents can only handle one cup of espresso, and do not like to chit chat for the full time of two hours.

I have had more positive feedback from those that work harder for their dollar. They appreciate my dedication to my work and respect my time.  They are on time, are fastiduously clean, and more intimate lovers. They bring me great CDs, and write thank you notes. So come January, I will lower my rates. When everthing else is costing more, and we are a nation in debt, it is good to give a break to those that need it.
