I'll wish you luck, but won't miss you. I think you need a new line of work. You're........

not compatible with a customer service oriented business. No way, No how. I pity the boutique agency that hired you. Unless you stay completely behind the scenes with no customer contact, that poor agency is going to fail. On a positive note, I'm sure you have some strengths, and attributes-- play to your strengths, and avoid customer contact.

This will be my last post on TER for a few weeks. In light of many circumstances I have decided to leave Belle De Jour effective immediately. My notice was given more than a month ago but I had agreed to stay on through Valentine's Day. However, after a discussion with the beautiful brilliant Kimberly Taylor I have decided it would be best for her and I if I wrapped things up now.
I certainly have been flawed in dealing with some clients. Many others really do care about me and I have a great proffessional relationship with. However, others I have angered. Kim had not been in the office lately, although very much present in the agency and she trusted me to run it for her. Apparently the personal relationship with Kim was missed and I hope that she can find a way to enjoy her success as well as find more time to enjoy life as she so much deserves.
I had been approached over a month ago by someone in the industry to run a small boutique agency for them. They heard compliments about me (I know it's hard to believe for many of you) I spoke to Kim and agreed that this was a phenomenal opportunity for me. I have loved working with the ladies of Belle De Jour. I know there have been accusations that I may have mistreated them. This is the furthest thing from the truth. I am friends and care for every one of the ladies that work for us, that is perhaps why I was kept on even after complaints kept arising. Needless to say I do not expect to ever approach anywhere near the success of Ms. Taylor. She is in no way threatened and has been incredibally supportive. However, I will be departing now. So as not to hurt her business.
You will hear from me in a few weeks with news of a new agency. But it is simply one among many that you can choose to use or not to use. I will strive to make this small venture be the first of it's kind that truly works for the provider. Offering a larger percentage than is industry standard to the lady herself. My goal will simply be to offer a great wokring environemnt and another option to clients who want to see beautiful women that love what they do. There will be limited work done in NY. But anyway I digress. This is not important. I'm sure I will be ripped to shreds by many of you. I love Kim we are true friends and would never do anything to hurt her. The people that hate me will be happy to use bdj without ever hearing my annoying voice again =) A few people may look forward to using the future service I will work for when they cannot get an appointment with busy BDJ girls. I am not delusional.
One more allegation I would like to confront is that contrary to popular belief I did not get a "cut" from appointments I booked. That is simply not how it worked. I was simply paid for my time to manage the office. Kim would never sacrifice safety or integrity of appointments by dangling money in front of a phone person. SHE IS A CLASS ACT. I will miss our interactions but know that now we will be able to become even better friends. She has been there for me and I will be there for her through thick and Thin.
    A few goodbyes:

To My Lovely KIM: You are a phenomenal woman thank you for evertyhing.

To The Wonderful Michelle: I will miss sitting with you for hours on end.

To The Legendary Jill: You are a godess.

Robin: Best of luck. Be confident you are wonderful.

Billy: Stay Clean and Sober, and honest.

Sissy: I will miss you. Smile you are one of the best in the biz.

Elana: show up to work for KIM =).

ALL THE LADIES OF BELLEDEJOUR: You are beautiful charming women. best of luck in all you do.

...I consider myself a very good client (there are enough who know me so I say this with some confidence).  I never got my foot in the door with BDJ.  I can't speak to client contact...I never got any!

 Josh:

I never really had a dog in this fight, but I've been following it. Obviously, you made some enemies! I have a close relationship with some of the people, "In the loop", and not necessarily clients, but that's not important.

I think you did a commendable job of bowing out gracefully, and I respect you for making an effort to try and explain you position of the board.

I'm sure Kim, and her ladies that you represented, will have no ill feelings about their association with you. Sometimes, we all just have to move on! Best of luck to you in all future endeavors.

I want to say that i dealt with Josh a few times for appointments and he's the only one i deal with. My last session i spent $4k which is peanuts for me but I consider myself a good client and I will be an even better client when school finishes for me but now that Josh is leaving I might not stick with BDJ that much anymore to be honest.

I will follow Josh to his new venture. He has been super friendly and accommodating for me and i really dont know why your letting him go Kim, but whatever. Josh, my suggestion to you, dont listen to these few disgruntled "clients". Sounds like a lot of nonsense to me.

Sorry to see you go Josh. I dealt with you twice and both times you were dilligent and professional. Best of luck!
