Everyone can judge for themselves Kathy.  Take a look.  Many say the pictures are real but the girl that showed up barely looked like the picture.  Worse still, check out the performance reviews.  If the performance of the ladies at your sad agency was at least decent, some us might overlook photoshopped pictures.

You are getting valuable customer feedback here.  People are telling you exactly what you need to do to get more business:  Scrupulously make sure the girl the guy sees is the girl in the picture.  Teach your girls what's necessary for a great session.  There's nothing secret here.  

Think how much business you could do and what a great agency you could be if you fixed these two problems your customers are telling you about here.  I've often been tempted by the pictures on your website but I've been turned away by the feedback I read.  

How do you turn it around now that you have a reputation?  Maybe offer some kind of guarantee.  Announce a new policy.  There's a big market for a dependable high-quality agency.  It would be great to see you become that.
