Also, in this age of new sites/apps popping up almost everyday, it's surprising that most of us still rely on the SAME sites that have been around for ages (mainly this one, Eros, and BP). You would think the industry would follow suit and build BETTER "mousetraps," but that doesn't appear to be the case.

And based on your review history you appear to be a bargain hunter. Eros and P411 have a ton of great new faces, but you just need to be willing to drop some more coin than you're probably used to doing. Also, the TER search feature is great as many ladies in NYC don't posts ads (anywhere) with any sort of regularity. The search helps you find some hidden gems.

There are over 1,500 ladies with an average of 7 or better here on TER, and there are over 500 on P411. Seems like there are plenty of choices. If you want to complain about choice, go to Vermont. They have maybe 4 gals for the whole state. SMDH.

I think that gives you a more ACCURATE picture of what the market is like at any given moment.
Very few active escorts post ads on TER and similar sites. Why? Because our reviews and profiles now act as our primary advertisement - posted ads are secondary and optional. I myself have gone many months without posting an ad on any site because of the number of potential clients who find me via the search functions on TER and P411. Likewise, most of the active escorts I know do not post ads here,
So, no - ad boards do not give you a more accurate picture of the market.

Sorry, brother. But I see this quite differently.
Visiting NY this week and trying to line up a few providers. I can't make it through all of the providers on P411 let alone other sites with ladies that don't use P411. There are way too many providers to choose from. I wish P411 or the TER aboard would allow more searching options, especially by location. P411 is overloaded with NYC options.
Is P411 worth it? Their site seems to offer the BARE minimum, for a charge. What's their membership fee up to now, $100-150?
And don't "pros" who are featured in P411 also overlap here on TER?
I don't mind dropping $150 annually for that service. Most providers on there accept my P411 credentials without more screening - that's a significant advantage and helps things move along faster. The downside is that P411 doesn't have reviews. So, I depend on TER for that, and it has been extremely valuable for that need. If I don't find a review on TER, I will probably skip that provider. Most P411 providers do have reviews on TER. But, TER will also help me discover other incredible ladies who are not on P411.

Let me re-state it this way...
It makes the verification process much easier since many providers will accept p411 instead of requiring you to give up a bunch of personal info for verification. Also, there are many quality providers on there that do not advertise anywhere else - they only have a P411 listing. Lastly, the search features allow me to find any ladies traveling to my area. It works for me. That's the value.

I'm completely overwhelmed with how many smoking hot girls there are in NYC who are getting involved with the hobby. I know more amazing girls now than I've ever known before...
And some of the hottest ones rarely advertise as they choose to keep a smaller more exclusive circle and some don't even want any TER reviews/ad's. They do Twitter and their own websites to build out their friend base.

Right. Why? Maybe because they know my desire for variety doesn't threaten their business in the long term. If we have a good relationship that doesn't stop because there's good time to be had elsewhere....Maybe they think it will endear them to me if they help me enjoy others (it does)...you also have to assume that referrals are reciprocated between girls. Make a referral, get a referral and on and on it goes.
The only providers with anything to worry about in this arrangement are shitty ones really.
I still find that "pros" who refer you to others are a RARITY in the "game."
I only met one INDY who offered to put me in touch with her other "friends."
But that woman was (and is) the CONSUMMATE pro. Been in the biz for YEARS, not some kid eager to make the quick buck (for the record, I also gave her one of my most POSITIVE reviews ever. Well deserved, too!).
This is so true! Many of us love referring our friends to known and trusted colleagues. You can also check out our "Friends" pages to see whom we might recommend.
Another rapport to build is among the gents here. They are an invaluable resource when it comes to ladies they would recommend. If you find a fellow reviewer who shares your taste in women, you can DM them and perhaps come across some UTR ladies you won't find publicly.

In 2017with so many options and audience fragmentation its easy to feel the escort market is overwhelming and over saturated... with not much substance. Providers are always trying to upgrade their brand and try to express themselves in the digital age. With the improvement of technology comes change in mass communication... and change with how clients meet providers and vice versa.
I would say maybe use alternative ways to find a provider- I know twitter is GREAT ( follow me) , you can see selfies and also their interactions.
- also is it possible to argue that because there is so much available and many ways to show personality ( social media, website, photos, videos) that you expect more? That if a provider doesn't completely blow you away you're less likely to book?
My question is.. what really attracts clients to providers? and pushes them over the edge to book. twitter banter? photos? reviews?

I've considered using "Twitter" to find new "pros," but how does one go about finding them? Do you use OBVIOUS key words like "escort," "companion," etc.? Or would it be best seek out a known "pro's" Twitter account individually?
As for what attracts "clients," I would say PICTURES, initially (duh!), featured in a NICELY done site (such as yours!), plus MULTIPLE good reviews on a site like this, and REASONABLE pricing for the market they're in and the "services" offered. Also, if there's something UNIQUE about you that sets you apart from others, say, sexy tattoos, or a knack for "dirty" talk, I'd point that out. Hope this helps answer your query.

I would argue, though, that the NUMBER of reviews does NOT equate the number of "pros" CURRENTLY working.
This "profession," like sports, has a LIMITED time range. The majority of "pros" are only in the biz for a limited amount of time, then they're out, so I wouldn't necessarily rely on interviews that are MORE than a couple of years old, aside from the "entertainment" value for which they were OBVIOUSLY originally intended.
I'm excited to be coming to the city then... everyone needs some variety.
It's a difficult city for women to tour in unless they are very upscale.
Just keep looking for visiting ads.

If you are running into the same sites over and over, try broadening your horizons. Instead of using Google to do your search, try Yahoo or Bing. Then try other social media platforms such as Instagram or Twitter.
You really want to make sure that you are doing a clean search everytime. Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Shut down the browser then start it back up before you start a new search. Otherwise you will just be feeding the search engines a pattern of behavior and it will give you similar results every time.
Another thing you can do is go to the website of a provider that you like and look for links to see where she advertises and you will have a whole new pool of "choices."
