I agree with you BK.  It's time to move forward, be positive,  be  discrete, be  secure, and forget the idiocy and stupidity  that caused all this nonsense and paranoia in the 1st place.  I've suggested an outdoor venue like a beach bar in LI or NJ so we could have fun in the sun with sand, water, babes in bikinis, and summer drinks.  It seems like a no fail proposition.  A quality guest list with attractive people and proper screening makes it perfect.   Party on and fun in the sun !

KISS as in Keep It Simple, Stupid. OK everybody in NY is M&G gunshy right now. This too shall pass. In the meantime cities large and small all over the country still have all kinds of get togethers. Hell LA has lunches! It's probably too soon right now, but let's spitball some ideas for the fall. Can we try a KiSS concept? How about a no head charge, cash bar party? This way the host is not on the hook for a lot of no-shows. That's my idea. Let's hear yours. Keep it simple. Make it enticing to get more people to come. Let's have POSITIVE feedback and suggestions. If you say "this won't work because......" come up with a positive contribution.
We live in the city with the most beautiful providers in the world! I want to meet all of them all.
P.S. This is not on the M&G board because this is for NY. No point in having it there.

We are not interested anymore. LE was vouched for, parties got busted, journalists were invited, e-mails were shared. Groupon sold a spy pen, over 5000 bought it lol.

The ONLY problem was that we had ONE bad apple that was addicted to drama and had a huge mouth. That host is  now toast. YES I agree with you his transgressions and fuck ups are indefensible.

BUT ---There is no valid reason to think future parties/M&Gs would not be discreet, secure, and successful, and drama free. They have been safe for years in most every city in America. They were safe in NYC for 8+ years with various hosts until the rotten apple got involved.   If you Mr.  Sailon  are happier at home -- then stay home.  We don't need negativity and people who are not fun.
