This is puerile hide-behind-an-alias stuff.  He started with an innocuous reference to your golf outing idea, and then moved onto referring to donuts as suggesting that you have a hearty appetite, etc., etc.  The poster is an old friend of ours (or maybe one of his one or two comrades in idiocy) who seems to be negatively obsessed with providers whose BMI exceeds the approved range (unless the overage is due to implants, in which case it's OK).
