tip OWNERS of establishments, you only tip the help. Indys are their own bosses, and therefore "own" their business.  So this wasn't a dumb question.

What do most guys do when seeing a girl from an agency?

i do because they keep it rather then spilliting with agency.
my 2 cents ....

I do as well for the same reason unless the service in unsatisfactory.  I generally would not tip an independent because the provider keeps the entire donation and is free to set her own rate.

Julie's leaves it totally up to the customer and disciplined, including firing, those girls who asked for tips.

While many do tip, from my personal experience, in lieu of a tip, I will see a provider exclusively or at least very frequently, and/or give her perfume. My bad experience with tipping--which caused me to stop all tipping--was that she expected the tip, whether or not there was anything special. A big disappointment.

...at the high end i see absolutely no reason to tip and tell the few girls that ask "i never tip". the special ones i see regularly and for multiple hours.

i think it is relevant, though, that i try to treat all girls very nicely and try to provide what i've jokingly dubbed a "true PWBFE" (pussy-whipped boyfriend experience). if you are a dick, then tips are probably in order.

is to come back! The first time is always fun, but the second time there is no worry about x/y/z.

I tip anywhere from $50-$100 depending on the session. If I don't tip with cash, then I bring a gift in that price range. I look at is as nice gesture.

I am with the Capt.  It depends on the service.  If someone is charging $500/hour, I do not.  If 250-300, I tip $40 bucks.  If I have a special time without asking, $100 or more.  It is really situational for me.  But, the higher the fee, the more likely, I am to not tip.
