Today I visited my accountant to prepare my taxes for filing. He informed me of some new changes to the tax code for the coming year, and I find them overly stringent!
It seems, that in their never ending quest for new sources of revenue, the IRS has now decided to tax penises! I shit you not! Read on!
At a Washington news conference held today, the IRS defended it's position with the following logic:
70% of the time, the penis is just hanging around, and unemployed.
13% of the time, it's pissed off!
12% of the time, it's hard up, and
05% of the time, it's in the hole!
It does have two dependents, but their nuts!
Issues still under consideration are as follows:
Should there be penalties for early withdrawal?
Do multiple partners constitute a corporation?
Are condoms deductible as work clothes?
Effective January 1, 2006, Penis taxes will be levied according to size. The brackets are as follows:
10" to 12" = Luxury Tax
8" to 9" = Pole Tax
6" to 7" = Privilege Tax
4" to 5" = Nuisance Tax
Note: Any male over 12" must file an additional capital gains tax, but anyone under 4" is eligible for a refund!
When I asked my accountant how all this would effect me, he said I should plan on filing for an extension. Ruined my whole fucking day!
