One hobbyist suggested I eat burritos and another suggested Gyros. But I assume that if going Greek won't get me to go, then eating Greek won't help either.

posts entertaining. One day, I was reading one of your posts and I had had a few cocktails too many. In my semi inebriated state, Emma looked like Enema. There must be a lot of drunk, (or hungover from the Super Bowl) people on the board these days. My humor is somewhat sophomoric. What are you eating while you are here?
Increase fiber intake slowly. Rapid increase in dietary fiber can cause gas and discomfort. When increasing fiber, be sure to also increase liquids.
Try Wheat bran cereal,Banana, Prunes, Apples, raisins, raw salad. Avoid high fat and processed foods.  If man makes it and puts in a can, or a box, avoid it. But good oils like olive and Cod (lemon falvored - yum!) will help your cells
Try Flax.  Flax meal can be purchased already ground.  Flax meal is a good source of natural fiber and health-promoting Omega-3 fatty acids. It can be stirred into or sprinkled on foods.

Drink plenty of liquids—at least eight glasses a day. Water and herbal tea are best. Juices are not recommended, nor are caffeinated drinks.

Drink several cups of warm-to-hot liquid in the morning. Herbal teas or water work well

Do daily exercise, like a brisk half-hour walk.

Visit the toilet for 15 minutes in the morning, even if you are unable to go. This relaxes and stimulates your digestive system.

Sit quietly for 15 minutes after eating a meal to aid in digestion.
