What's important? The quality of the escort, or the quality of the agency? Obviously, the escort experience is the prime consideration. But then again, bad agencies have good escorts, and vice versa. Would you not see a great escort because she was with a bad agency?
I think agency customer service is important too. Are the photos accurate? Can you rely on the agency's advice with respect to your preferences? How about availability, promptness, selection? What happens when you have a bad experience? How do they handle it?
An old thread got me to wondering and thought this might make a good discussion thread. War stories, thoughts, peeves....
I don't have any particular agencies in mind. Trying to keep this from a tout or a slam of any agency. Just in general.
For example, I once saw a girl thru an agency. Being a long time customer, they offered me a 10% discount. Nice. However, they really did not follow thru. The girl had never heard of such a thing, and thought she was being shorted, and refused to check with the agency. I gave it to her anyway, but this had developed into an even worse attitude with the girl. It was the worst session I ever had as far as a girl's attitude. The agency owner said she would follow up on my feedback, but missed a golden opportunity for customer service. A simple phone call (as promised) or email to express their regret would have gone a long way to keep me as a customer.

Indies are the way to go ??? Are you saying that all indies are great. The logical feedback is you can have a bad experience with an agency as well as an Indie. Half the horror stories I read on the boards are girls taken money and run and bad attitudes and agencies with bait and switch. So all in all I would say stick with what is working for you now but i can not say one is better than the other.
The agency and the provider need to be up to par. I will not deal with an agency if they have top noth GFE's but the customer service is bad. I'm not waiting in a parking lot for an hour or playing phone tag on a voicemail no matter how highly reviewed the agency provider is.
research, research, research.
Due dilligence dramatically cuts your chances of a sub par experience! That said, a good escort will likely not stay long with a bad agency and a good agency will not keep a bad girl on for long either (generally)
