Agencies & Independent are both interesting, of course if you compare the price in Montreal vs USA it is very very low.
I would say both are good depending what exactly you are looking for! Even if your sneaking around for a bachelor party or a one on one meeting .. independent girls works together and can help you with that. I don't think that's very fair. I for one provide excellent service and my prices are on the lower side here then what I charge elsewhere. I know many reputable ladies who advertise on backpage myself included.
