She’s very responsive, and very clear about things which seems to point to legit, however:  

* No reviews anywhere  
* Has a semi sizable deposit  

Lots of photos. Nothing that screams red flags, but a sizable deposit for no reviews or any real verification seems a bit questionable. Also no option to verify prior.  

Thoughts? Anyone meet up with her last time she was in town?
