I've had a vasectomy and can report the patient is told all of these things repeatedly, both before and after surgery. If Miggs really just had a vasectomy, and is really serious about going BBFS one week later, then he is seeking a provider "willing" to have him inject both his blood and his active sperm directly into her vagina.

The thrill of bareback must be entirely psychological. I think my dick is normally sensitive, and I've had sex with and without a condom. Physically there is only a slight difference in feeling. But I imagine some guys have a psychological desire to be the ones to inject their semen. Thus shooting blanks seems to nullify the whole notion.
