I usally use a mix of eros.com and backpage.com.
In the following order
P411 (number one for me, been a member for about 5 years and it is the best that I have found.)
TER
Backpage browsing for the occassinal gem (a lot of chaff to sort through)
Eros
TER
Preferred411.com
Eros.com
Escortcafe.com
Backpage.com is pretty much over unless you go to the dating portion of it
P411 & TER. I will sometimes look through other ads to see who is available, but if they aren't on one, if not both, of these sites I don't bather contacting.
I check TER for the reviews and to view aging gents via for top dog on the forums. I book through p411.
