Having trouble finding providers who arent 30+ or not that cute at all, and only 300 or so.
I'm mostly using Eros.
Does anyone have an agency, or another recommendation for HOT white girls 18-25?

Good luck man. I've given up on the local scene. I can't recall anyone that I'll give a 10 on looks and service for $300 or less. Even if you kick up the fee, it's barren. Even then I've noticed a lot of providers who did well at $300 bumped their fees to $350+.
And then there is that agency-that-can't-be-named (don't have vip at the moment, still haven't been able reply to the other messages sitting in my inbox). The place is no longer reviewable on here, but you can still find them with a bit of searching. They only operate in the upper midwest and east coast.
Hands down my favorite place. They started automating the booking process to make it faster and avoid unnecessary interaction. Lots of amazing foreign talent that come and go, they won't just take in anyone, only through referrals. Ladies are on the clock all day, you can get same day appointments if you book 2 hours ahead. Best part: they offer $250/hr deals when work is slow, no catch. Their normal rates are $300. Yes! My my lifetime favorite hobby session was with a lady from there at the $250 rate! Met a Gal Gadot looking woman that toppled every sexual experience I've had; her reviews exploded on here before they were removed. Oh and did I mention the second lady that was even more beautiful--I would have babies with her--but just a smidge less talented? Some are super friendly too, I'm friends with a few and am actually going to EDC Vegas this year with one of them.
Pitfalls. Extremely tight screening process. Summer tends to be slow, the ladies usually take these months off to travel or go home. The best gets booked up very quickly, must book days ahead. Occasional dud you'll meet, but rare.

Oh, don't worry. They may not be speaking up publicly for fear of losing business, but I can say with great authority that most of us would love the Minnesota TER board to die in a fire.
In this area or market you are paying around $350 or so for most providers time.
there are gems out there and some lovely older women.... but I understand that isn't your style.
But if you want them younger odds are it will be traveling women that come in or one of the many agencies that travel here. Just look on the ad board for MN and you will see them coming in.
But again you might be paying more than $300.

PS.... also with the negativity towards our local providers it will turn them off from this board. everyone should play nice. Plus if you are on twitter you will see that many providers are disliking any type of review boards. So lets all play nice because these boards are good info for all.
The only one I can think of who would fit your parameters would be Jenny Kennedy. There are a couple agencies who post regularly on the ad boards, you can try your luck with them.
Jennie might be retired or at least UTR right now. Her website and P411 are down.
Jennie would be a good bet (at 500 ) and I did notice her daily newsletters suddenly did stopped - they were always "entertaining".
