I've seen Hotel lobby's be considered public space, but one would think if that where true you would be inviting all kinds of unwanted in. Homeless etc. to your lobby, but if you think of it as public accommodation, then that makes more sense.

That is why i was asking... it the advertisement stated the hotel address like you said... then why not say that here.  It could give people some info to look out for it.  That is all.

The hotel commercial is red roof inn.   That has always been a hotbed of busts, stings, and what not in Rochester.
