P411 is legal in Canada, so they aren't going to arrest her for breaking US law.
If you know of any cases of stings run through p411 that Gina "hid" you should show some evidence, otherwise it is just rumors.

TalonTed - Drumsticks has been stalking me posting lies and slander for years. Likewise another sick guy who has a court-appointed guardian and long court history of harassment of ziliions of folks, has restraining orders etc. I have complete ID info on the other guy and his guardian but have not been able to find the identity of Drumsticks to have an attorney start action for slander.

1) Drumsticks has stalked me with lies and slander for years, have no idea why he makes up all his false stories.
2) I have posted on another site about two pages of posts from Phoenix gals about antics of P411 and why they would never use them due to legal risks. I doubt I can post the details here but some folks know where to find,
3) P411 technically also violates Canadian C36 law since sex acts are listed. I have discussed C36 in great detail - not really a risk to customers, agencies that only offer companionship, and of course escorts are totally legal and with the Supreme Court overturn of brothel law zillions of agencies now have incalls at hotels, condos etc with no legal issue since as always they don't list sex acts only companionship. Agencies never had an issue under old law either. But P411 violates since lists sex acts which only the escort herself can list, not an agency or P411.
On the other hand, Toronto PD has made it clear it is not going after in private consenting adult customers. They follow the Supreme Court harm reduction model, not C36 and it's up to local LE agencies who focus on real crimes. Same for most major Canadian city PDs. 1. Something that happens or might happen in the U.S. is very different from actually raiding P411 in Canada.
2. I've seen Gina address a number of times things that can happen, including LE using P411 to make some arrests, when people don't use the site as intended. Just being on P411 doesn't make anyone safe from their own stupidity and quite frankly if LE is willing to devote the resources, they can find and arrest of any of us.
I guess we will see what happens with this. I find it is interesting that there are some escorts that are “loose” with their rates all over the place… like X amount for X amount of time. Some do this all over the place, even social media. But then there are maybe smarter escorts that put up an ad, maybe a picture or two and their contact info. I suppose then they tell them more info and screen the potential client… but are they the smarter ones?
There is a fed bill (S 1693) that is coming thru that they say it deals with trafficking…who knows how they will use it. In the past sex work or prostitution laws have been enforced by local not federal…is this now changing?

Hazydavy, I did think of that earlier today, why are the feds this interested in Eros. I’m sure they have found issues with Eros…but then I remember this. It was something that DAVEPHX posted a week or so ago, it was from reason.com. It mentions that the FBI/homeland security is increasingly involved in the crackdown of “Happy endings". This is apparently become a matter of national security! Really? WTF. But do they just stop at you getting some good old tension relief? Or is it going to be more than that?

The name of the company that was raided is Bolma Star Services. I have not found a confirmed link between this company and EROS.
As best I can tell EROS is based in Europe and I doubt they are careless enough to keep their client's info on US based servers.
I have not seen much info from the media on this, but the feds probably have a closed lid on this. I did see somewhere that “somebody” said that Bolma was an umbrella for Eros? But the big ass question is this, Eros is based in Switzerland, why the heck to they have anything in the US…somebody mentioned “how about India”. I did see that there was a lot of former employees that have complained about them or was it glassdoor?

If you are looking for a connection Bolma star services owns EROS. Although it is headquartered in switzerland, they had a call center in the United States. Think of Bolma Star Services like Village Voice Media used to be. Bolma is to Eros as Village Voice media is to backpage.
Currently only time will tell what is going to happen. In the meantime check out Silixa. I honestly don’t think the government is going to go after the providers on that site. Prostitution is a state crime and not a federal one.
This isn’t the first time A site like this has been raided. Their is a reason for off shore servers and data storage. Any board, or advertising venue could be next , so don’t rely on hobbying one dimensionally to enjoy your fun.
