Is p411 worth it?  Reading the boards I get the sense that it is 50/50.  How intrusive is their employment verification?  Looking to break in but don't have any references and finding it quite difficult.  Any help would be appreciated.

I recommend it highly.  If you consider the cost is less than a short session and the benefits are that you are seeing verified providers ... how could you not consider it?

I use TER for the reviews and p411 for the safety.  

I got onto p411 by invitation of two providers so I didn't go through the work verification, but from what I understand they use some pretext in calling to verify the employer is real and you are an actual employee.  Then they throw that data away.

... if you plan on seeing many different providers each year it makes life so much easier, after you've gotten yourself established, to just send a lady a P411 appointment request and get approved usually the same day. I used the employment verification method many years ago. Faxed a copy of my most recent paycheck from my employers fax machine. For all I know, they may have called HR for further verification but that wouldn't have raised an eyebrow when working for a large employer. I took advantage of their Lifetime Membership plan. The main goal here is to get busy with beautiful women so don't let the naysayers and cock blockers interfere with your goals.  Have fun!!  :)

It's worth it. I also got in with a free 6 month trial and verified by two wonderful providers that I had spent time with. Make sure to get the lifetime membership, these beautiful ladies become an addiction.

I interpret that to mean that they might like to see proof that you own a business, a photo of you at your place of business, tax returns, a Facebook or Linkedin account, proof of home ownership, etc.

Also any P411 provider can send you a P411 invitation. If you have had a session with the provider she can then also give P411 a reference for you along with the invitation. If you employment info is weak, you may want to see and get two references from two established P411 providers to assist in your verification with them.  If you would like me to send you an invitation to join P411,  you could just contact me.
