Maybe in your daily life you are more comfortable getting personal recommendations than reading ratings and reviews, but sexual tastes tend to be very individual in nature. If you simply search reviews here for New Orleans and then look at ratings and multiple reviews for providers, you will probably get a more balanced view than if you got a few replies or personal messages with recommendations. Reviewers here often mention if a given provider really offers GFE or not.
It's true that individual scores and comments can be unreliable due to personal bias. For example, some guys give out a lot of 9s and 10s, while other guys never give a 10 no matter what. That's why you are better off looking at ratings for women with more reviews, and then reading multiple reviews for each one. It's more effort than taking the word of some random guy's recommendation, but you are likely to be happier with your outcome.

But with no reviews for almost 5 years, I agree she is most likely retired or perhaps UTR. She used to be part of an outfit that called their provider "elves" and the outfit used a couple of names the GFE Girls and USA Call Girl. They were based down in that area although they often sent providers up here. No luck on finding a website for them, assuming they still exist.
