So she's "new" but sophisticated enough to ask for your LinkedIn account and won't take other experienced providers' references? I dunno... how many of the established, well-reviewed providers would take her reference? (Seriously, I don't know, but I can't believe she's got much credit as a newbie herself.) IMHO.... there are plenty of providers out there who don't ask for such personal information. Ask her for her Facebook account and see what she says.

Thanks for the feedback. I emailed her few days back and today and she's been booked both days so she's definitely getting traffic. But I will hold off until I see some reviews.
That means she knows your real name and where you work. That leaves you exposed if things go badly between the two of you.
