Its few years old, but first time I've seen this news. Its on kstp website. The guy just got sentenced.

If true, he should've just walked out. The lives of two people were wasted that day.

From the ST article it also states the agency called the hotel staff that was friends with the provider to check on her after they didn’t hear from her. That’s when he found out she passed away. Interesting that the hotel employees knew the provider and what was happening there.
