Or perhaps someone might start a post that each city would then post just their city and upcoming /approximate meet and greet dates.
For those of us who would have to travel to be there, this would be a great tool to plan ahead with!
I know, we can go back through all the posts, but honestly, Ive missed meets in my own city because I missed the post.

To being placed on any calendar. Hosts that keep their dates off the boards would like to keep it that way.
Approximate is fine. Spring, Summer and Fall is the way I like to keep it.
