When you register for the event, you are also asked for your TER handle. You will get an email from us asking that you send us a PM on TER.  We do this because we want to be sure that TER handles are not being “borrowed”.  This is another way to close the loop and make sure that you are who you say you are.  

You should have a couple of reviews and we would like to see some participation on the boards. If you are a lurker in this community you will need to get on the boards and get engaged in a conversation. Your information will NEVER be passed on to anyone else and will only be used for this purpose. Once your request has been received you will get a confirmation email back approving your addition to the event with instructions for viewing. A few days before the event everyone will receive an email with the final details. The location will not be publicized until the day of the party in order to preserve the highest level of discretion and safety; Actual location only given the day prior to those who are prepaid.

Gentlemen ----- We would like to encourage slacks, a mask and a dress shirt because frankly, we ladies really like it. However, jeans and shorts paired with a casual shirt are not.
