She passed away at 80 due to a variety of health problems.
The Mary Tyler Moore show was great. It was a good cast of characters, and she always had a good bit of humor. She will be missed for sure. Shows of that caliber are not made very often any more.
MTM was a great show- very talented ensemble. Makes me think of other great female based 1970s shows- Maude, Alice, One Day At A Time.
