This is great advice from GaG. I've found a bunch of real GEMS this way. It can take quite an investment of time, cross referencing here and there, but it pays off. Yes, there are a lot of SW's, pimps, robs, and LE on BP, but I've found there's also some awesome providers there too, especially for what you're looking for. Spend enough time on BP and you develop instincts so you can scroll through pretty quick and sort them out. She's got potential, I'll search for her on TER; she's in a parlor and trying to seem independent; she's probably a scam or LE or really basically a SW; these three are working together out of an apartment; ETC.

I would add that besides the ones in residences, some good independent ladies work out of the small business office parks. What I'm talking about is not a known parlor. There's one or two that use it, there's no sign, they NEVER publish the address, it's appointment only and they lock up the front while you are there.

GaG was plenty clear about it but I would reinforce it: DO NOT call without reviews. This sort of sucks because some of them consider TER a threat and get themselves delisted as soon as they pop up here, but still.

Hi, newbie here. I would like to visit an AMP but do not want a storefront one, am much more comfortable in discreet apartment. I don't see how  I can search for these on TER, any tips?

Choose "Reviews" Tab
See: [New Reviews] [Search Reviews] [Search v] ...
Choose the "Search v" dropdown.
Choose "Massage Parlor Girls"
Refine further (city, etc)

There you go

Anything in the Boston Area, please PM me on response, thank you!!

and are pretty well known.  They have to have business licenses of some kind.

If you want to avoid the store front, you'll be looking for an independant provider not a Massage Parlor though the services may be the same.  I don't find as many TER reviews of Massage Services unless extras are offered.  It almost becomes moot at that point...  although the ad might say "massage" or "body rub" she is offering what we'd call escort services.  Not all "escorts" are good at massage.  For a massage / body rub type of service you may have to go to popular ad venues in your area & search body rubs or massage.  It's frustrating because they tend not to be reviewed... though you should always research.  It's much more of a TOFTT situation.

I did see one gal (now retired) who kind of blended the 2 with a spa room in her location but she did have a business license, was inspected for codes like fire exits & fire alarms.  (Must have cost a bundle to conform to codes.)

Hard to say- I host in an apartment turned office, but unsure how you would find that out by searching on TER. Maybe try searching for "independent" and "massage"? That's how you would find me, then if you check out the girl's websites there is usually an indication of where they might host. It may take a little footwork but you typically have a better experience the more research you do on your ideal masseuse anyway, so it may be time well spent. I personally make it known about where I host via my website's blog page. If you'd like to read about the specifics of where I host my massages, check out my post I wrote on it a couple days ago. (go to my website link below and go to my blog page read the most current entry) It's a good example of how girls may make it known where to host.

I used to host out of hotels, looked at renting commercial real estate, then I decided to rent out a luxury apartment and turn it into a massage spa office. Very discreet way of entry and I get the feedback that clients feel super comfortable and relaxed to come see me.

Feel free to look me up if you're ever in the New England area. If I can think of any other way to determine how to find out where a masseuse hosts, I will be sure to post. I am also trying to put together a network of independent masseuses so we can refer for each other, so stay tuned hopefully I'll have that soon!

I often chat with independent masseuses all over the country and I will be sure to give them the feedback to make it known on their websites about their hosting site. Maybe this will prompt a difference to help inquiring gents like yourself.

Hi Marina!

I am a Tantric masseuse in Atlanta, and work from a residential in-law suite with private, off street parking and entrance.
I've considered renting a condo or apartment, but have never found one that allows a business with retail clients to be run from their premises. I'm curious about how you're able to do that without raising suspicions from your landlord and other tenants.

As many posters have already mentioned, all of these places need to advertise in order to attract customers and the most widely used method of advertising is Back Page.

My suggestion is to search the BP ads for AMP's, skipping the ones that are obviously operating out of storefront locations and then do a review search here on TER using the phone number and/or name/s of the ladies in the ads as your keywords.

Alternatively, you can simply do a search under "massage parlor girls" which is a separate and distinct category from "massage"

This should go without saying, but I will say it anyhow. Your risk factor goes up by a thousand fold if you decided to try one of these BP ads that don't have any reviews either here on TER or one of the other legit review sites. I strongly recommend that you do NOT simply find an ad on BP and book an appointment "blind" Not if getting caught up in an LE sting will impact your life in a negative way that is.

Lastly, the threshold for "well reviewed" where it comes to massage parlor girls is not the same as a "regular" provider who may have several pages of reviews. Often times you might only find a single review on an AMP. Remember TER gives no credit for "massage parlor girl" reviews. I will say I have discovered a couple of gems with only a single review here on TER, but it all comes down to risk tolerance, my tolerance is MUCH higher than most here, but even I won't blindly respond to a BP ad with no reviews unless I am quite drunk and horny, and even then by the time I have sobered up enough to drive to the appointment, I have sobered up enough to realize just how dumb an idea it is. lol

Since this topic is still active, I will add that there are some other sites that specialize in listing spas and places to get rubbed the right way. I think that they are banned by TER because they have mini reviews (but nothing like TER reviews) so they can't be named.  You would have to HUNT for the SPA site and you'd need a MAP to find the places to get some good RUBs

I am based out of a private residence and would love to accommodate you if you're still looking.

Those places advertise under escorts usually and operate in either hotels/motels or apartments/houses they rent.

The shops that advertise under massage are typically the storefront AMPs.
