Although I have not participated, some spas in NYC sometimes advertise 4-hand specials. These are spas (not the same as apartment or commercial space AMPs in my opinion) with established reputations on TER, so there should be no worries about getting the kind of happy ending you want.  

In general, the savings is one house fee. If regular 2-hand service is 80 (house fee) plus a tip for your masseuse (maybe 120 for FS), then the 4-hand special is one 80 house fee plus the usual tip for EACH masseuse (120 plus 120). It's not a complete 2-for-1 (or 4-for-2), it's only a special on the house fee.  

(In NYC, a few GFE FS AMPs have gained quite a reputation for providing duos. Those are not 4-hand specials. Those are full blown doubles.)

If the girls in the BP ads or the houses in the BP ads are reviewed on TER, that should help you decide if the 4-hand special will deliver what you are hoping for. Otherwise it will be a 2-hands up in the air, "Who knows?" gesture.

My go-to massage therapist recently hired a new assistant.  One day when I came in for my regular appointment with my go-to therapist, she asked me if her new assistant could join us for 4-hands, as part of her training--no extra charge.  Of course I said Yes, and it was pure bliss.  Just deep tissue massage, but a really great one.  I loved it so much that I asked if I could schedule another 4-hands session. My go-to therapist said they'd be glad to, but it wasn't something she offers to everyone. I asked her why, and she said some guys think "4-hands" implies more than a massage.  

Anyway, if you love massage and have never tried 4-hands, you might want to do it just for the massage... and anything else you get will be a nice bonus.

Walked wasn't sure if there'd be extras. $45 for an hou massage. She did the massage an about 35 minutes into it she started fondling me as I was on my stomach. Didn't get hard but felt good. Flipped over an she massaged from my upper thighs to chest an constantly rub the boys til I started getting hard. Then she massaged my balls an stroked me to completion. She didn't ask, just did it. Cleaned me up an finished out the time. I tipped an she told me, next time you come back, you will get two girls for one. Can't wait to go back. Soon!!!

Here, a lot of places advertise 4-hands or doubles. Pics in the ads are 99% fake and is not an indication of anything other than you'll likely get the opposite of what they're advertising lol.

I've had dozens of 4-hands both here and elsewhere and even two 6-hands which I don't recommend. Anyway, you'll likely find one girl leaving and the other staying for the extras if it's that kind of place.

One thing I've found helpful is to see two girls in a shop. If they both give you extras, then even though extras are a "secret" and the girls might be shy around one another, it's quite possible that you'll get extras in a 4-hands. Just don't expect them both to be sharing that part of you although some do. It's more likely that one might briefly step out. The options are too numerous and it's really YMMV.

I really wondered how the endings would work out.  Some places each girl sets her own rules for what she'll do...  There is pausable deniability if they don't know what another does behind closed doors.

Unless the place is an outright brothel where all the girls (and the MMS) know what each other are doing, the girls usually try to be discreet and not let management know what transpires behind closed doors. It may be very likely that one of the girls does not partake or want the other one to know that she does extras. Very tricky unless you have has a successful session with one of the ladies beforehand, and she extends the invite to the other girl accordingly.

I've enjoyed two 4 handers over the years, both in GA.  The first was in a caucasion place that offered an impromptu that was very nice, but the older lady who was my regular left the room and then came back after we were finished.

The other was at an AMP, and interestingly enough was with an older regular and a younger newbe and also a surprise, but in this case mama was present and offering advice to both of us for the whole session start to our FS session.  Even demonstrated the art of the bj first!

Never had any success with extras based an ad for a "four hands"
