All you have to do is set up a server and business entity outside the US, then there's no legal authority from within the US to obliterate US 1st amendment rights.  That's my logic pretzel for the day...  Peace out.

If consenting adults want to engage in commercial vice then what's the problem. What these AGs have to realize is that their actions will make this activity more hardcore on the supply side (gangster pimps, forcably trafficed girls, ect.). As far as the demand side, this might make hobbiests consider going hobbying overseas. If girls were being murdered, as they are on Long Island, if there is no BP or other open sites then LE will have alot less to work with.
 I think that if these AGs are successful the next pressure point to be squeezed will be the hotels. It's time for independents and agencies to seriously consider buying foreclosed properties to serve as incall sites.

Even if you rent, it should be a short lease. Eventually the neighbors will catch on and report you, unless the apartment is in a dump.

Limiting the volume of evening visitors might help too. But I still think renting is better than owning.
