There are some criterias for a mini, and its listed in the website below. She cannot have reviews, except for a few. She cannot reside in this area, and she must be a touring provider. Basically, its like a review, but, a mini is faster than a review. A review will take several days for it to approve, and a mini may be approved within a few hours. This way, other hobbyist can see her before she leaves.
