No stature of limitation proves it...plus higher than average stings.  
If people live close enough or don't mind the drive from a legal perspective it is better to hobby in DC and Virginia.  

I honestly think it's strip club owners pressuring LE so they can keep a stronghold on the adult entertainment game

I personally do not respond to providers that are "email only" for contact purposes.  It's the least secure way of doing business and exposes yourself and your clients to additional LE risks.  I'm surprised that anyone in their right mind would do it given the availability to throw away phones.  Other than that, I would love to see you.

I get it and agree with you to a degree. If you prefer not to send an email, a pm on TER is private. That way she can send you her phone number after she knows you are serious about seeing her. Posting a phone number can be a royal pain in the ass due to the ridiculous calls received. I respect the ladies choice either way.
