In my own defense, nothing in her post identified her as a newbie. You can't infer that just because she's asking about an agency. I know a girl that's been an indie for a couple of years that is thinking about going with an agency, so why not this one, too? If she had said she was brand new to the business, then maybe I would not have made a joke. Sorry, "maybe" should have a capital M, or quotes or something.
The first thing you do is check out reviews, i've seen you do it numerous times with clients on here and try and take them down a peg or two.
So i highly doubt you didn't check hers out. But you being you and living on these boards, you just can't help yourself.

BigP has three reviews and he was here when they planted the California Redwoods. In fact, I recently saw a girl that has been providing for nearly two years, but only has five reviews because she had a "no-review policy" like a lot of girls, up until a few months ago. The guys I call out with NO reviews are the ones that are lurkers, not hobbyists. Once they start talking, its apparent they have never seen a provider, so I tell them to get some reviews if they want to get some cred. She's a provider. You can be a provider for years and not have any reviews, but its not your fault. You can't write your own, so you're at the mercy of whether your customers write them or not. With hobbyists, they have the ability to write a review whenever they want to. Its apples and oranges.
As a matter of fact, I don't check out reviews of providers that post here, only hobbyists. If I like what she says, I may check her website and/or ads, but not her reviews. You can doubt me if you want, but like I say, its apples and oranges.

The girl asks a simple question about reliable bookers and there's a whole damned thread about grammar, vocabulary, etiquette, bullying and general stupidity about everything she's not asking about before two guys provide the obvious answer - Toni and Betty.
