Gentlemen, what's your opinion on incalls? Do they have to be really luxurious? Are you okay with a modest place? At your rate (1,000/hr), a modest place would be ill-considered. At a minimum, among other things, I would expect a clutter-free tasteful furnished private incall in a well-respected neighborhood, a valet or plenty of street parking, a car detailing is appreciated but not a-must, and a 15-yr old scotch or bottle refreshments during our date. But that's just me.

You're attracting that client who probably will drive a very nice car, who is used to the finer things in life, after all that's why he is seeking your company. So luxurious is probably what he's accustom to. If you were looking for a hotel, then it'll have to be a 4-5 star. But, you're looking for an area...You're in the Eastside, so Pasadena is nice. Glendale is ok. Arcadia is something to consider. But I would look into a luxurious hotel..

Eschew hotel incalls. I prefer residential incalls, either an apartment, a condo, or a detached home. I think its less conspicuous than a hotel, and from my own experience, providers are much more comfortable and connected in a familiar surrounding rather than a hotel room. It just makes for a better session, which promotes repeating. Its also more difficult for LE to bust a location where the girl's name is on the lease, so I think many customers will feel safer as well. If you're a full time provider, seeing at least one client a day on average, a residential incall will be much cheaper than a five star hotel in the long run, IMO.
Static private incalls are subject to plenty of issues.

The reason you prefer incalls is because you only see K-girls and they work out of apartments. You have little to no knowledge of what it's like to see providers at hotels. ShillBill is correct that incalls have plenty of issues themselves, not the least of which is you and your fellow K-fanboys congregating around the entrance and roaming around the hallways with shit-eating grins and a bottle of water in your hands. And 10-20 K-fanboys a day trooping in and out of an apartment isn't very conspicuous, is it?

My post was only referring to the indies I have seen, which is what the OP is. Talking about Kgirl agencies would be stupid, but its the first thing you thought of. Duh. The indies I have seen recently all had apartment incalls. Some are where they resided. Others were separate. You must have missed a recent post of a guy that worked in an upscale hotel that said he can spot the hookers and hobbyists a mile away. The whole staff knows, but they don't do anything about it unless other guests complain about noise, or the johns are annoying other guests in the hallways. I think overall, there are more indies busted than Kgirl incalls, even though the latter gets more publicity when it does happen every couple of years. You've got indies being busted somewhere in the US almost daily, so I don't how you back up your claim that its more conspicuous in general with Kgirls, but there ARE stupid hobbyists that see both indies and Kgirls that act conspicuous, but its across the board, not just Kgirl customers. Just read some of the moronic posts on the GD or Regional boards about guys bringing flowers, etc.
I am willing to bet that, in spite of the number of Kgirls I see in a year, I also see more indies than you do. Its about a dozen indies a year for me, and I repeat two or three times with some, so its quite a bit more than a dozen encounters. I think its probably less for you if we don't count your homosexual escapades with certain other members here who shall remain nameless, lest you take down the thread again.
There are younger single guys that get more marriage proposals from Kgirls than I get, but if YOU'RE single, they would EVEN ask you, even though you have bigger tits than most of them. First off let me say it sucks that your thread got derailed by some petty squabbling by a couple board regulars. They should know better and hopefully they will apologize here or via pm.
In my view, DTLA is a pain in the ass to get to unless you are already there. Parking is an expensive exercise in futility.
Your idea of sharing an incall is sound. I know several ladies that do that and you should post an inquiry on the PO board.
I agree that west side, Beverly Hills and Playa del Rey area are good because they are more centrally located to the gents in your target market. I live in the SFV and always suggest that as well, even if it is not practical.

I'm a provider who has rates close to yours and I always secure a nice place Downtown. Most clients will expect an upscale
and discreet hotel / bnb / apartment in our rate range. Some folks do complain about the travel to Downtown but I am considering switching up the areas I stay in to see if it makes a difference! Hope that helps.

Definitely a very majestic mansion with a Brazilian hostess that greats the customer, dips customer's dick in extra virgin olive oil and gets it ready for the lady of the house to s**k and F**k. there are few properties available in Holmby hills.
Then again, you can lower your rate and a nice condo off of Wilshire will suffice.
