Just curious!
Your best bet is to screen via an established provider, i.e. someone with a clear web presence that isn't "fly by night"-those are people who aren't out to take information and misappropriate it.
I personally save zero screening info.  If communication is simply screening, it implies nothing so you aren't in harms way.
Telling someone your real name and where you work, job title, etc isn't asking for trouble.  
However giving that information and saying you want X, Y, Z "services" in question would be a bad choice, as even when emails are deleted, they are never 100% gone.
That being said, people who do not screen generally have nothing to lose, or are in desperate situations (addicts/pimps) which is not a safer choice for you in the long run.  If I were looking for someone to spend time with and they just took an alias and didn't seem to care who I was..you need to ask yourself why is that person willing to take those risks..
so, back to wondering what you consider to be "light' screening..
If you were a provider person would you be cool with your version of that screening?
Another factoid about screening, once I'm secure that the person cares for my safety and communicates well then I'm far more likely to be relaxed and happy about meeting them!  If Im not 100% I just am too nervous to have that meeting.

Probably best to just deal with the screening the first couple of times, see ladies with good track records here, then get on P411.  With the hole Tijuana thing, I wouldn't.  I know a lot of guys do and yes prices are low there.  However, my feeling is the environmental hazards are also higher there.  Yes, using a cover should protect from "environmental hazards", but I would rather pay more and play in a safer area.  Such protection is not 100%.  But that's just me.  I feel there is a big difference between seeing a provider working on long term education goals or whatever, who gets regular check-ups, and going to Tijuana.  Plus you can use an established provide here with a good track record as a reference.

I don't know if my screening is light but I do insist on it. What you and every other guys fail to realize that us girls are putting our life and freedom at risk with every new guy we agree to see.
Serial Killer, Rapist, and police thrive off the girls with the "just come over" screening process. Makes it easier for them to come over to us harm. Plus you need to really appreciate that ones that take the time to screen. Shows that they are not reckless or careless. Shows that they take some type of pride on what they do.  
And if you so worried about giving out your info to provider then why not do your research on her? If she has a strong consistent posting. And has some solid reviews then chances are any info you share with her will be safe.
And it would also help if you had some names or numbers of the providers that you've seen in the past. Give us some insight on your hobbying history.  
Because honestly that's all we really care about. If you're safe to see. Once that is that confirmed then it makes us more comfortable and more relaxed to focus on YOU!

Wtf is light screening? Your fake name...

We screen for our safety, so if someone is not screening they do not care about their safety.  Is that someone you really want to see?
