...I would like to know why you are making this offer on the L.A. board rather than the Bumfuck, Nebraska board. While there are certainly some providers in L.A. in your price range, you'd have better luck in smaller cities where they charge lower rates. There was an ad yesterday on the L.A ad board by a provider who charges $2,000. an HOUR.
There is a national In Search Of board. Try posting there. You should reach a greater variety of providers.

I see a huge red flag here & would not jump at this post. Paypal is no bueno. Anyone can dispute a charge, and funds can be held, plus they will close your account. $1,800 a night to fly to another country sounds terrible. (15 hour flight, so 30 hours total on the plane.) The plane ride sucks unless it's 1st class. I am traveling to you for free, and taking a huge discounted rate for someone who has no reviews, or whitelists. How is this a legit offer?

I love to travel, but do not like to have someone who does not value my time dictate the tribute. Flying to another country is scary enough, so you always want to be safe & know who you are entertaining. Spending 3 days with someone in a foreign country you better know your compatible prior to getting on that plane.
Blasting the Russian providers is just plan rude.

Personally I would hope and expect that his ISO results in nothing but ridicule and crickets. Everything about this OP sounds fishy to me.
I suppose that his next suggestion will be to send you a cashiers check in advance for $10,000 and for you to return him the change. Sorry Pal, but TER is a TOUGH place to run scams, at least someone here has heard them all.
It's been floating around for quite a bit. Nobody's buying what he's selling and for good reason.
His only three posts (one was removed) he has made on TER EVER were all made in the middle of the night in all US time zones about 14 hours ago, so either he decided at about 2 AM to make his very first posts on TER or more likely, he's not even in the US.
This OP smells as bad as any I have ever seen in all my years on TER.
