Wrong Location

I notice that many bp ads would list the provider's location as being downtown, but when you call, they reveal that they're actually over in Bell Gardens, or Montebello, or Pico Rivera, and then they tell you that the reason they list downtown as their location is because they're only about 10 mins away on the 5. That works perfectly for someone who drives, but for someone who's already downtown, it would be more convenient to locate a provider who's actually situated in DTLA, and not close by. And these inconsiderate bp thots who are incorrectly listing their location as being downtown, all they're doing is wasting my time and causing confusion. So far I've only encountered one provider who was actually located downtown near 5th and Broadway. This one time there was a provider who listed her location as being downtown, but it turned out she was actually in Montebello, and so I had to leave downtown (how ironic) and take the bus all the way to Montebello where I encountered 90 mins of rush hour traffic on Slauson just to get there. The commute lasted longer than the actual time we spent together, and that's only counting one way. Because of this, I have now come to the conclusion that there aren't that many escorts located downtown. Perhaps it's less confusing to search for providers who are located in K-town or Mid-Wilshire, or in hollywood, although it has been my observation that most escorts are located in Inglewood/Hawthorne near LAX, which would suggest that a great majority of LA escorts are visitors. Who can shed some light and offer up some suggestions as to where I might find a popular escort hotspot? But this post isn't really a request for advice, it's really more of an appeal for providers who continue to list a wrong location to cease and desist with your deceptive practices, you are messing up my game.

you have been in the hobby at least two years.  Did it ever occur to you that what we're all doing is illegal, and that no provider wants to publish her precise location so that LE knows where she has her incall?  There have been many discussions here about LE using BP ads to trap both providers and hobbyists.  If you're using public transportation to get to an incall, you have to factor in traffic just like those of us who drive do.  From OC, on Saturday, I can make WLA in an hour.  On weekdays, its more like two hours, so I factor that into the time I request with the provider.

I'll have you know that I have been doing this hobby long before I discovered TER, so my review history is an unreliable determinant. Montebello is a big enough place that a provider can list an accurate general vicinity without giving away her precise location, so that's no excuse. Providers in NYC, and in other parts of LA have no problem giving away their general vicinity despite the threat of entrapment, this problem is only unique to those who claim to be located DTLA, which seems to suggest that the whole damn lot of them are just a bunch of liars. It looks like you're trying to tell me that the escort hotspot is over in West LA. Is that the case?

"at least."  If you've been hobbying longer, then you probably (or should) have more local knowledge.  Location is not really an issue for independent providers.  They are all over the place, but I have never heard of a top tier girl having an incall in Montebello, so perhaps the price range you are looking at is limiting your choices.  Even Kgirl agencies don't work in Montebello.  The "hot" spots are the Wilshire corridor, all the way to Beverly Hills, WLA and Santa Monica area, and the communities near LAX (Playa Vista, Culver City, Marina Del Rey, Playa Del Rey, etc.).  There are a few in downtown LA, but the rents there are going to mean higher prices for the girls working there.  Even Pasadena, which is arguably more upscale than Montebello or some of the other towns you mentioned, rarely has the quality of providers that these other areas have.

Anyway, thanks for the tip CDL, I'm sure I'll use it to my advantage going forward.

It has been my observation that a majority of bp providers who are actually located DTLA are asian masseuses either in Chinatown or K-town. You're going to have to venture more to Inglewood side if you want to see other races of women.

I think a five minute drive difference is reasonable for the reasons mentioned.  But they should be reasonably close.  I just recently had provider list a different city that was a 15 or 20 minute drive in good traffic.  To top it off, she actually chastised me for wondering when she would be back in the city she listed herself in.  She does move around based on her ad history.  Needless to say, I chastised her back to an extent I'm sure she is still a bit in shock over.  Why would I waste my time and money seeing someone with that kind of an attitude problem.
