I would like to book an appointment with a provider who requires provider references or a work phone number. I have not used a provider before, so I don't have references and I retired young so I don't have a work number. Any suggestions as to how I can convice her I'm not LE? Thanks.

See if date-check or rs2k can verify you. Otherwise, you might try to take her on a real date (no hanky pannky) as your first date. Meet for dinner somewhere. Just don't show her your badge from your working days.
that is what I do but make sure you don't talk about sex or about escorting because in some cities, you can't escort w/o a liscense...make sure it is just a date
....is that it doesn't prove the gentleman isn't a cop. He may just be a more patient cop. If the police know your policy (which is on your web site, after all) then they can have a guy act nice the first night and bust you on the second.
I guess the extra work is some disincentive for them, but I don't think it's enough to make you as secure as you seem to feel.
I stay paranoid...I don't even like it when regular customers talk about TER and I definately act like I don't know what they are talking about when I hear money or TER mentioned before he gets comfortable with me....
If a cop wants to put handcuffs on me while he is inside me, the only thing I can do is pray that the jury and media will be disgusted with police b/c I never mention money on the second date or at all.
Some clients get creative and ask me how much do they owe me for our trip last summer or how much for me to create a website for them and give me the money.
He wouldn't have to wait until he was inside you. His second visit with you would be just like most first visits with providers and he could arrest you for the same reasons other ladies are nabbed. The fact that you and the undercover cop had a night out previously doesn't change anything in the eyes of the law.
who are less stringent on screening for a bit before you see the lady you wish to see. That or if there is a reputable agency in your area is an other possibility. I do agree RS2K and DateCheck can verify your identity but not your job if any. Not only that but also many ladies still will not see members of either services without references from providers at same time. I will warn you that in the current climate of a number of LE crackdowns across the country there are also a number of ladies I know who will not even see new clients at all especialy if no references from ladies they know. I do wish you luck and if you are patient you will in time get to see the lady you desire just take things one step at a time.
