How solid would be a legal action on whoever stole and published the nude pictures? Do they even have a case?
to be naked on the internet, don't ever take naked pictures.
Even then, some asshole with just a little Photoshop talent can still take a non-nude pic and nakey you up!
And if you have to publically defend yourself and try to prove it's a fake pic, you've already lost.
Best data security tip I ever heard: Always assume you WILL be hacked. Don't put any data (i.e.: pics, credit card numbers, financial data, "evidence" of a potential crime, etc.) in a system that could be a target of hacking, or your secrets will turn into headlines.
