I have recently quit this business but have a question. Can I be arrested for my past? I always thought that in most cases they have to catch you in the act or over hear you say something about an exchange of money for certain acts?
I mean could they come after me after I have taken down my site, deleted my email accounts and reviews of me have been removed?? I want a clean slate without having to worry about this. I know the good old saying about if they want you, they will get you. But just curious to see what you all thought?

The short answer is No. Count your blessings you weren't caught. Hopefully you can count your money too.
Wise words..your past is literally past tense..although my concern would not be L/E..it would be IRS..but I bet you are smart enough to keep money in enough accounts that are not interest earning or a large cash sums.
Whether you can be arrested for your past depends upon what you actually did. Assuming your past includes only escorting and possibly soliciting but no convictions, the answer is that you can't be arrested but that you can be prosecuted until the statutes of limitation on your offenses have run. It is very unlikely that you will be prosecuted if you have retired, and the longer it is been the less lilely prosecution will become. But if the authorities find enough evidence they can still go after you.
If you also committed more serious offenses like tax evasion, money laundering or working as a madam, you can be arrested and prosecuted for them.
My co-counsels are raising issues not before this tribunal.

And to to answer some of the questions asked:
I never had girls working for me
I never was busted or had ANY trouble with the law
Never have done drugs or busted for drugs
And I now have another 'vanilla' job to support me. I know, I know...lots of my 'fun stuff' will have to be cut. But oh well. And as far as my money I made in the past, well I worked to pay off my bills and that is accomplished. So I was just curious how long I would have to look behind my back.

Just stay away from people who knew you when. I doubt anyone is ever going to come after you and, remember, for the future boyfriend or husband, NEVER tell him a single thing about it. NEVER. He will always harbor suspicions, always be resentful that he married a whore and it's always going to be thrown back at you. NEVER.
Why risk it?
Well........um....actually my PRESENT husband of 17 years has always known that I AM a whore. He has always stood by me with no judgements. As I do to him.
And as far as friends go...I made a few very close friends who I consider my REAL friends while I have been in the business. So to stay away from them would be tragic. I wanted out of the lifestyle not to lose a few close girlfriends.
