Sting Jurisdiction Question

Let's say a provider is situated in one area but advertises travel availability. You set up a date for her to meet you in a city outside her area (another state). It's outcall so she comes to you. Is it a safe bet then that she's not LE? I'm thinking even if she had been "flipped," she wouldn't set up a sting outside the hometown jurisdiction. Right?

i usually flip them over after eating them out...

The likelihood of what you are suggesting is so close to zero as to be statistically irrelevant. While I'm not saying this "flipping" concern that is expressed here so frequently never happens, the issues and problems it can cause for potential prosecutions makes most likely where LE is looking to go up the food chain, not down. The credibility concerns with using a provider, who if nothing else, would be admitting that, along with whatever other issues they may have in their background, added to their inherent reliability issues would produce a ton of information that would undercut any case.  When you add the cross jurisdictional factor, not very likely to happen.

to have a provider cross state lines.

I have never heard of a sting in a situation you are mentioning.  There have been multiple prosecutions of agencies, Desert Divas, Miami Companions that had women working across State lines, but those busts were after the people running the agency versus individual providers or hobbyists.

The situation you describe is very unlikely, but you still have to be diligent.

Unless the Feds are already watching you. Were you are a politician like the former governor of NY. That caught him btw from doing a wire transfer.
