Relationship in the past reached out for some help. She was recently arrested for having an illegal substance on her person and additional equipment was found in her home.  Also, after she was arrested and going through the checking in process the jailers found some additional substance in her vagina. I am smart enough to keep my distance from her but with the substance found inside her is there any possible way for the case to be thrown out.  The amount that she possessed could carry a sentence of at least 2 to 5 years in prison in Georgia.

That is really nice of you to be looking out for this girl, but it is not necessary. She needs to consult her attorney or public defender.

Not famiar with Georgia but in general, if she under arrest & to be held in jail, full body searches are allowed to prevent weapons & contraband froom enter the lock up.
Her good criminal defense attorney will review the circumstances of her arrest & if a legal search was done.  As I'm sure you know, "pat down" type search for potential weapons is allowed.  Did she conscent to further searches? What about her home, did they have a warrant or permission?
If you insist on helping, locating quality representation is the best help you can give.  Is she eligible for a diversion program?  Would Rehab change her legal consideration?
Be vey careful.

Contact was to set up a date.  Her arrest and mugshot made the front page of the county newspaper so right now she does not have a job or any prospects and this would be her only source of income.  According to the police report she consented to the search of herself and her home.  In the home they found additional substances and equipment for distribution.  She also admitted to police that she distributed to people.  She supposedly has an attorney, but needs cash in the meantime. Apparently she both used and dealt.

Unfortunately she did not have the ability. (Full credit to Ron White)

Except for being a "paying customer" I don't know what else you can (or should) do for her.

With the exception of pot smokers, most drug users almost impossible to help. The chances of her dragging you down are much higher than the chances of you helping her up. The fact that she admitted everything to the cops has made her attorney's job all but impossible, all he can do now is to try to make as good a deal for her as he can. One thing that YOU should keep in mind is that part of any deal she makes "might" be to set up her customers. Just remember "no good deed goes unpunished" I would tread very carefully if I were you. People facing prison time seem to lose all sense of right and wrong.
