It's a shame...

Just saw a provider who is changing careers. She took 2 years off and got her nursing degree. She actually worked as a nurse until she had to submit her finger prints for her employment.  Her employer saw her records for prostitution.  In her state, she has to wait 2 years until she can work as a nurse.

Not a lawyer and its just ridiculous IMO.

I gal I know graduated cosmetology school  ($25,000!) and applied for a license. Surprise, surprise, she's not moral enough to cut people's hair.

So, what do you think she falls back on?  Uh huh.

Makes a real lot of sense, don't it.

But if the license were issued to just anyone the school would never be able to charge as much for the training and the whole economic system would crash. Let's be real, if the medallions for cabs in NY were ever tossed out that might wipe out the whole east coast ;-)

Of course, we could also go down the whole catholic priest-child relationship road and talk about the relative social values of souls versus looks/image.... Is that why the church allows so many of these men to continue in their positions, the questionable morals just don't matter in the church or the activity of saving souls?

For LCMT. I will never legally be able to work in a spa or Dr's. office again. I was able to obtain multiple licensing in Nevada for another career but it did take 6 months of waiting to do so and being approved. They sure don't make it easy on the girls, in my case all the jons were offered classes and all the ladies were prosecuted. This was 10 years ago and I even had a lawyer. Didn't matter.
