can a client be forced to submit to a DNA test to determine if he is a parent?  if so, will provider have to name all of the possible fathers?. if she is very active (2 or 3  clients per day) that list could be quite long.

...the woman files a petition to establish parentage.  She can then try to get a court order forcing the man to take a DNA test.  But it isn't automatic.  Just simply filing a petition isn't enough.  The court will review the petition to see if there's enough information to justify compelling the man to take a paternity test.

Using your scenario, if she's "very active," that may be enough to deny having a man take a paternity test.

Didn't I just read or see where a child as born and had the DNA of 2 fathers ?

People to knock it off with this bareback full service shut.  Not only can she use it as a way to get pregnant and get support out of you for the next 18 years, but if she is HIV positive, you're really tucked (no pun intended).  Gotta think with the big head not the little one.  I don't care how hot she is or how sweet she is, she can still be HIV positive.  I've been to clinics with positive people, and you CAN NOT TELL.
