don't talk to the police.

On the general board I mentioned a horror story where a guy wasted his one precious phone call and was detained for 15 hrs. Here are some suggestions for such situation:
1. Call a Bonds service;
2. Have a retained lawyer who provides 24 hr phone service;
3. Find a trusted friend who promised to take your call 24 hr.
4. Always carry $250 cash as 10% of estimated bond. LE will let you out.
5. Just don’t get caught.
6. Call your sister, only if she is a mongress. (Lol)

So, would you experts pls comment on these ideas? Or, any better idea?

STFU!

You have the right to remain silent.  Use it!

Absolutely. That is Rule #1. Do not answer questions and ask for a lawyer. Talking to LE without representation is, by far, the primary reason that defendants lose cases.

Also, always carry ID. If you are caught at the scene, there is a chance that LE will let you go (if it's not specifically a "John sting"). But that will only happen if they can identify you and run a search for outstanding warrants. Without ID, you will most likely go to jail until they can identify you through other means.

if so we can all call Lopaw ;-) (She'll be soooo happy)

2. It may appear to be a good thing to do, but you probably don't want to hire the attorney who is willing to do that. If you are planning to commit a crime and hire an attorney in preparation then the attorney may get into big trouble if you get caught.
3. A trusted friend can become untrustworthy in future. I would not take that chance.
4. It depends. You may need to carry more.
5. Best way to avoid getting caught is to see providers who's been around for a few months and have multiple reliable reviews.
6. I wouldn't involve anyone else. If nobody knows what really happened then you can usually explain it away somehow. Deny deny deny and more deny.

Finally, the odd is good that you really don't need to worry about it. You just need to use your big head a little bit and avoid the most risky providers. These are just precaution.

I can tell you this, when taking one for the team, your best bet is to LE check her, the same way they like to LE check us. In other words, if the lady invites you in and goes straight into asking you what you want to do, or what you are there for, understand she is a decoy. Just get up and leave. She is trying to get you to incriminate yourself. You have to ask for sex before they can arrest you. Although, if they are desperate, the decoy will ask if a BJ sounds good, if you say yes (it sounds good), or even ok, they will count that was you agreed to a sex act.

If you find yourself in a situation where the lady seems like a decoy, ask for a back rub, if she tries to change the subject back to you asking for sex, say you are just there to talk. Can't get arrested for wanting to talk.

Your suggestion, while flawed, does have some merit.

If you let your actions speak for you when asked a question like that, IOW she asks you "what do you want to do?" you don't say a word, but reach in for a kiss. You have not overtly asked for sex, but very few undercover female cops are actually going to kiss you or let you even start to "have your way with them" If she pulls away, you are either in the room with LE or with a hooker who you most likely are going to have a horrible session with.

Where this logic breaks down however, is that if you are indeed in the room with a cop, it's VERY unlikely you are getting out of the room without being arrested, you may however have given yourself some reasonable doubt to keep from getting convicted that is. YES, they can arrest you, don't believe what you see on TV, even if you never utter the words, but yes you have made it a bit more difficult for them to convict you, with luck you might even get a "no bill" when the ADA looks at the video.
