You need to specify where you live.  If there is a regional board that covers your area, also post there. If you want to read the code section upon which your suspension is based (assuming you know what it is), try  www.findlaw.com

This depends on state and licensing authorities.  Why ask here?  Ask the DMV in the state the license was issued in!
