This is from the 2014 arrest 4 males and 3 females. One female sentenced long ago to 1-year in prison by plea as I recall.  There is still outstanding one warrant for a person indicted that has not yet been found.  The club was a somewhat popular incall.

Now the rest of those that went to trial have all been found guilty by jury, had mitigation hearings in 2017 and now final sentencing which appear all to be the presumptive sentence under the Arizona mandatory requirements if no mitigation or aggravation.

xxxxx (owner)
Sentenced to 9.25 years in prison based on jury conviction of 2 counts of criminal enterprise, money laundering and operating a house of prostitution.   All counts sentences concurrent which results in the sentence required for the most serious count which is 9.25 years in prison.

xxxx
Sentenced to 5 years in prison same counts as xxxxx.

Sadly she AGAIN violated probation terms of drug treatment for her plea deal. Arrest was made (again) and next hearing 3/29/17.

xxxxx and xxxxx have filed appeals which is a very long process.   In the Phoenix Temple case appeal was filed about a year ago and the transcripts are not even all in yet and on the 6th extension.   None of the briefs can filed and the case doesn't really begin until all the trial and hearing transcripts forwarded by the lower court to the Appeals Court.  In the meantime, defendants remain in prison during the Appeals process, which is rarely successful.
