but there are more restrictions on brothels and/or pimping.   Not sure about street walking.    I suspect the different provinces have their  own take on things, so you have to check on what area you are going to.

Outcall has always been legal.  Incall/Brothels prior restrictions ruled unconstitutional by Canadian Supreme Court.  Only pimping and not of age is illegal.  

All the great large agencies now have incalls all over Toronto for example and in B.C., Montreal.  

The conservative parliament than passed C36 - sort of the Swedish model but likely to be ruled unconstitutional if challenged.   Most major police agencies (including Toronto where I've been going for 10+ years and zillions of trip reports on sexworktoronto.com) follow the harm reduction model that was the basis of the Supreme Court decision.  This means not wasting resources or increasing harm by going after private consenting adults and has not been any issue in most major cities.  

A few cities LE are more aggressive.  Also in most cities, Johns on the streets are arrested (but not the gals) since its a pubic nuisance.    

Agencies continue to do great with zillions of options both under old law "living off avails" illegal and new law where third parties cannot make money off prostitution.  But in the past, no issue since agencies only sell time, not sex.  Many agencies have great relationships with LE if any bad clients which are rare etc.  

Most agencies supply drivers picking up gal at her home or last appointment to next or back home and also provide security.  In the U.S. they would be arrested as pimps or sex traffickers, in Canada, they simply are part of their harm reduction mode.  But rarely any issues.    

Appointment setting very easy with the agency bookers and zillions of pictures and detailed descriptions of maybe 30-40 gals with each of the zillions of large agencies, mostly female run and owned.

Mosty there is no client screening since no stings or issues.  Some agencies require a name to confirm you are a guest at say a hotel but only for security in case rare bad customer situation.
