A cup with a dash?

Wouldn't a provider dashing after a single cup invalidate the supposed protection in the contracted for "time and companionship" only?

I don't mind paying for time and companionship and I much prefer the company of most any provider to most any lawyer or psychologist ... but, time is time whether I have no cups or three.  Although, at my age, I'd be much farther ahead if it were a flat fee for one good cup no matter how long it took to brew it!

this reminds me of a time when a boss of mine wanted me to get him some smokes and my friend sold some. He told me to make sure I got a money back garauntee in case it wasn't the good stuff he used to get in the 70's

OK, got that covered ... ;-)

BUT what is illegal about an agreement to exchange some $$ for TIME and companionship ... not even requiring GOOD companionship ... THAT reasoning would also make babysitting illegal, wouldn't it?

THe BJ or DATY or whatever is consented to is incidental ... the dashing early is the critical issue

No one actually believes that sexual activity is "incidental" in these arrangements.  Saying that it is doesn't make it so.

If you really want to go to the time, trouble and expense of suing to get your $$ back, and if you can figure out the lady's real name and have her served with process, you can give it a try.  Of course, you will have the burden of proof.  This means you will have to show what the two of you agreed to.  This will make a public record of the fact that you tried to hire an escort.  It will also entertain everyone else in the courtroom as they watch you try to claim with a straight face that you were willing to spend $$ for just one hour of a young lady's time with no expectation of anything more than companionship.

illegal or not.  Courts will NEVER believe that an agreement was "just for time and companionship," absent anything else -- ESPECIALLY if the "companion" has the kind of website most of our beloved TER women have.  You can split hairs all you want, but don't forget that the standard of proof is "beyoind a reasonable doubt," not "beyond any conceivable harebrained rationalization."

Therefore, no matter what a beloved provider puts on his/her website the phrase "for time and compaionship only" is not only wasting keystrokes but is also giving our beloveds a severly false sense of security?

... that anyone's developing a sense of security over the "magic words."
