This one is for the ladies.
Assuming a potential client properly fills out your screening form providing verifiable references, what is your normal response time? Less than 24 hours? One day? Two days? Longer? As long as it takes? I know that it is a process to verify provider references as you have to wait for the other ladies to respond. Do you contact the client to let them know that their info was received and that screening is underway? Or do you wait for the process to fully complete before responding at all? In my case, I am TER whitelisted and submitted my screening form 24 hours ago but have yet to hear back. I also emailed the provider and pm'ed her through TER. The appointment is not until Thursday but would like to know soon if I have to make alternative arrangements. Due to the lack of any response, I don't know if I am being screened at the moment, or that the screening request was never received, or that I may not have passed screening at all.I do my best to always check emails and reply as soon as i can and let you know i have received your request. However the amount.of.time its take your provider refs to get back to me maybe another story. But with p411 and a ter white list i usually go forward with the meeting.

Since I have chosen email as my preferred method of contact I make sure I check my email regularly. I never wait longer than a couple of hours if I can help it. By checking my email it also lets me know if I have mail on other places I advertise like p411 and such. Anything over 24 hours is kind of a while for no response what so ever in my opinion.
I will send an email acknowledging that I have received the screening form so at least a gent knows it went through.
Depending on who the providers are that whitelisted I can screen a gent pretty fast.Or if he is a P411 member.
Waiting for references to respond can delay the process it is always great to have various methods to verify in case a reference is slow to respond.
Every lady is different on her response time but I would suggest to you to send her an email asking if she even received your form,pm,and email regarding a thursday appt.The sooner you do that you can figure out if she is available or if you need to make alternate plans.

I don't have a assistant or booker so you will first receive a auto -reply letting you know I received your email.
After I review your information within a few hours normally I will personally let you know I'm in the process of verification if you sent sufficient info.If you just sent provider references you may be waiting a while .

A combo of ter,personal info and p411 always work well for me !!!

I would think that most ladies check their emails and ter/P411 messages at least once every 24 hours.
That being said, If she is someone that you really really really want to get sexy with maybe try One more time and if she still doesn't get back to you expeditiously I would move on... mostly on the fact that you are requesting a rendezvous for Thursday which is nearly hours away. I hope that's not the case and that the next time you check your mail you have a hello back from her .

I myself check my emails, private messages and play phone regularly throughout most of all days and evenings. I prefer to start holding hands from first hello and let the verification process unfold naturally while we are flirting and planning our rendezvous.
Often it takes a day or 3 for the verification process to transpire. Why wait for the fun to begin ?
If the gentleman takes the time to say a warm hello to me, I'm saying a HoTT hello right back!
I am pretty quick esp if whitelisted, if references are taking some time I always update the client. Sometimes I may even look for other screening options if references are taking too long. I like to get inquiries booked, so I work hard to get that done quickly even if I am touring.
Like most, I have access to email all day,
so unless I am asleep , or other wise occupied 
,
you will hear back from me almost immediately. Usually with in the hour.
And if you have supplied the info I require for screening, in most cases, it will be done with in the hour.
Things happen, perhaps the lady you contacted had an emergency, or dropped her phone in the toilet
and has no access to internet.

It has now been over 48 hours and no response at all. I figured even I did not pass the screening process, there would be some type of courtesy response. Oh well, moving on.

That will reply in a timely manner and not disrespect your time . The least you should have gotten in response was that she is unavailable or that she needed more information.
For her to ignore you says a lot about how she conducts herself and her business.

With todays smartphones it shouldn't take more then a 3 or 4 hours
I will give the provider you emailed the benefit of the doubt and say she could be on vacation (but should've set up her vacay responder) or the message could have gone to her spam mail.
Typically if someone sends me the form it will definitely get to me but I've had emailed screening information go to the spam folder. Have you tried to contact her via PM on TER or P411?
I personally don't send a confirmation email to say that I received the request (it's more efficient to just respond on my end rather than confirm receipt, reply about screening, reply to confirm). I usually start on screening right away, finish, and just send a message back to say I'm available and confirming and/or let the person know if I'm having any issues with what they submitted
In any event, I would not fault anyone for moving on after no response within 48 hours.
Hi Priya, I did PM her through TER to verify my handle and whitelisting. I don't have P411 membership.
Without knowing what her requirements were for screening, nor whether you provided other information for her to properly screen you, she may have felt you weren't providing enough data and simply elected to ignore you.
Most ladies will never respond because simply the guy's reaction to being declined is something that they don't want to have to deal with. Some guys have fragile egos and will go off on a lady when she says no-go.
If you do this often enough, I would highly recommend getting a P411 account. It is trusted a lot and accepted a lot more than a Whitelist.
Thats a good point. I was wondering whether a provider will reach out or not if they decide that they do not want to see that person for any reason. I guess it is easier to simply ignore that person they prefer not to see.
This business is so strange. On one hand, many providers operate very professionally and treat clients as clients, just like the real world. On the other hand, the services rendered is so personal that providers do need to screen for protection and therefore can pick and choose their clients at will. I just think that if a genuine attempt was made by a potential client, then a courtesy reply is warranted. She could have simply said that she is taking a break and not seeing clients for foreseeable future.
I've never been rejected before by a provider so it is not a point of contention but rather one of curiosity. A response just seemed like the professional thing to do regardless.
Moving on, plenty of great ladies out there...
Some view the fact that you didn't provide them with the appropriate information and view the person as a time waster or not being serious. This is especially the case when they have a website that details their screening requirements.
Others don't respond because some guys will simply go off on a lady when she tells them its a no go or that she needs them to give them the screening information they requested. You can't blame them for wanting to avoid that situation.
There are lots of other reasons why they may not respond and include: the references you provided never responded to them, they read your reviews and don't believe they are a good match for you, the content of your communication with them, etc.
Its now been three days and still no response. I did PM her through TER just in case my emails and the screening form on her own site was never received.
This experience has now become a curiosity. If she is on vacay, thats cool. But her screening form does ask for information about race and since I am Asian American maybe I'm not her cup of tea. Either way, any type of response would have been nice.
Lastly, I PM'ed a TER member that reviewed her this month just to see what his screening experience was like.
I pay for VIP, so I can utilize all that TER has to offer. My personal opinion is if your whitelisted here by a few solid & reputable providers your easy to verify. You may want to ask a provider, or providers you see in the future to please whitelist you. I have no problem whitelisting my new TER friends because I know it helps. I usually prefer a pm here first, and then email me directly. If it has been 3 days she is busy that's life. For me booking more in advance a week, or two gives me something to look forward to & it's exciting to flirt prior to the play date. Proper planning prevents poor performance.
