I'm going to be coming to Vegas in January. I'm going for all sorts of reasons and AVN is doing their convention during the time I'm there so I want to check it out and they have a discounted rate for the Hard Rock hotel even though the prices are still higher than what they normally are.
Are there ALWAYS added fees to hotels that don't show up even after I do the final checkout for hotels online whether it's through their site, priceline, etc.? Any hotels you'd recommend going to? I heard that it's pretty fun to go to the HRH during AVN because you'll run into porn stars and what not. Is the hotel itself nice and worth staying? I'm not a rich guy nor am I dead broke or trying to come to Vegas and be super cheap but I want to get my money worth and not overspend in areas that aren't necessary.
The only added fee I could think of would be a resort fee(not sure if Hardrock Hotel has one).
The hotel is cool I like the HRH tower the best.I like the Aria and Cosmopolitan hotel as well.

HRH has $30 resort fee, I believe. That usually includes bottled water, newspaper, parking and use of business center. That's what I remember anyways. I love HR because of the size and it's easy to get around, close to everything and near great restaurants walking distance. But yes almost every hotel has a resort fee or some added incidentals.
